Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Cheapli (https://cheapli.cheap), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Service Description

Cheapli is a price comparison service that:

  • Searches multiple online retailers to find product prices
  • Uses AI to identify products from images or text descriptions
  • Displays comparative pricing information
  • Provides links to retailer websites (with affiliate tracking)

User Responsibilities

When using Cheapli, you agree to:

  • Use the service for legitimate price comparison purposes
  • Not abuse or attempt to circumvent rate limits
  • Not scrape or automate requests to our API
  • Not upload inappropriate or illegal content
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Free Tier Limitations

Free users are limited to 10 searches per day. Premium users have unlimited searches. We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time.

Browser Extension

The Cheapli browser extension is subject to these same Terms of Service. By installing and using the extension, you agree that:

  • The extension requires a Cheapli account to function
  • The extension reads product information only from supported retailer websites when you click on it
  • The extension does NOT track your browsing history or collect data in the background
  • Search limits apply whether you search via the website or the extension
  • You may uninstall the extension at any time via your browser settings

Premium Subscription

Pricing: Premium subscriptions are available at $9.99 AUD/month or $99.99 AUD/year. Prices are subject to change with notice.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly). Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain Premium access until then.

Refunds: We offer refunds within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase if you are unsatisfied with the service. After 7 days, or for renewal charges, refunds are provided at our discretion. Contact contact@cheapli.cheap to request a refund.

Price Accuracy Disclaimer

Important: Prices displayed on Cheapli are fetched in real-time from retailer websites, but we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. Prices may change between when you see them on Cheapli and when you visit the retailer's website.

Always verify the final price on the retailer's checkout page before completing a purchase. Cheapli is not responsible for price discrepancies.

Affiliate Relationships

Cheapli participates in affiliate programs with retailers. When you click "Buy" buttons, we may earn a commission if you make a purchase. See our Affiliate Disclosure for full details.

Intellectual Property

The Cheapli website, logo, and original content are owned by CHEAPLI. Product images and information are property of their respective retailers and manufacturers.

Limitation of Liability

Cheapli is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

  • Price inaccuracies or outdated information
  • Purchases made through retailer websites
  • Product quality, shipping, or customer service issues
  • Service interruptions or downtime
  • Any damages arising from use of our service

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue Cheapli at any time without notice. We may also update these terms at our discretion.

Account Terms

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts
  • You may delete your account at any time by contacting us

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service for users who:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Abuse the service or attempt to circumvent rate limits
  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Use automated tools to scrape our service

If your account is terminated for violation of these terms, you will not be entitled to a refund of any subscription fees.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Australian courts.
