Our Affiliate Partnerships

Cheapli participates in various affiliate marketing programs. This means we may earn a commission when you click on certain links on our website and make a purchase.

Future Partnerships:

• Other Retail Partners - We may pursue affiliate relationships with other retailers featured on our website, including JB Hi-Fi, Kmart, Officeworks, and others.

How Affiliate Links Work

When you perform a price comparison search on Cheapli, our results table displays products from multiple stores. Each "Buy at [Store]" button contains an affiliate link that directs you to the retailer's website.

If you click on one of these links and make a purchase, the retailer may pay us a small commission (typically 1-10% of the sale price). This commission comes from the retailer's marketing budget - it does NOT increase the price you pay. You always pay the same price whether you use our link or go directly to the retailer.

Our Commitment to Transparency

We are committed to providing honest, unbiased price comparisons. Our affiliate relationships do NOT influence:

• Price accuracy - We show real-time prices fetched directly from each retailer
• Result sorting - Results are always sorted by price (lowest first), never by commission rate
• Store inclusion - We include all available stores in your region, regardless of affiliate status
• Product recommendations - Our AI product detection identifies products objectively without favoring any retailer

Implementation Status

Current Status:

• eBay: Fully integrated with official Browse API and live affiliate tracking. All eBay links include proper affiliate parameters.
• Amazon: Fully integrated with live affiliate tracking. All Amazon links include proper affiliate parameters (tag, linkCode, linkId).
• AliExpress: Fully integrated with live affiliate tracking. All AliExpress links include proper affiliate parameters (aff_fsk, sk, aff_platform, tt).
• Other stores (pending approval): We use basic web scraping to fetch product data for demonstration purposes only during the approval period.
• We do NOT store, share, or misuse any scraped data.

Once remaining partnerships are approved:

• We will transition exclusively to official retailer APIs where available
• All links will include appropriate affiliate tracking parameters
• We will comply fully with each program's terms of service
