- To identify products using AI (GPT-4 Vision)
- To enforce free tier rate limits (35 searches/day)
- To improve our service and fix technical issues
- To comply with legal obligations
Data Retention
Uploaded Images: Deleted immediately after processing (not stored on our servers)
Search Queries: Stored for 24 hours for rate limiting purposes, then deleted
Price Data: Cached for 3 hours to improve performance
